My name is Matthew Gray and I love living and working here in Oregon.  I live in beautiful Deer Island!

Since the year 2000 I have been studying massage, bodywork and Qigong.  I am a certified Esalen massage therapist as well as a certified teacher of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi.  My Oregon license number for Massage & Bodywork is 11368.

I have been trained in Visceral Manipulation, CranioSacral Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy through the Upledger Institute.

I have been taught Qigong and Tai Chi from various people, yet chose to learn to teach Tai Chi Easy as I believe it to be an excellent package of tools for self health enhancement.  My 200+ hours of intensive training for certification have been under the careful guidance of Roger Jahnke, O.M.D.  My Tai Chi Easy instruction is suited for any situation; seated, standing or even while laying down.
